You can request deletion of your sciphylab account and all associated data at any time. We respond within 7 working days.
What will be deleted
- Your name and email on file
- Login history and last-active timestamps
- Learning progress: streaks, completed simulations, saved activity
- Any local data stored on this device (cleared automatically when you log out)
How to request
Send an email from the address linked to your account. Include the words “Account deletion request” in the subject:

After deletion
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed. Anonymised aggregate analytics (e.g. “total simulations played”) may be retained but will no longer be linked to you.
